UM Women

United Methodist Women (UMW) is the largest denominational faith organization for women with approximately 800,000 members worldwide whose mission is fostering spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice.

Here at OPUMC, all women are part of the UMW. There are no dues or fees, just a commitment to the purpose of the United Methodist Women.* Our activities include a few gatherings with a purpose - annual cookie sale, chicken BBQ and fish dinners** help raise funds for special missions and programs (mother-child event and mission projects).

We participate in Niagara Frontier District and Upper NY Conference UMW events. Our President, Carolyn Wrinn, would be glad to answer any questions. Call her at 716-648-1179 or email csrin@yahoo.com
